Find the next step for your problem
- The file will not open: check its size and try opening it in a viewer or browser. An empty or incomplete download needs a fresh copy. See the opening guide.
- The browser runs out of memory: try one image at a time and close other busy tabs. If needed, resize the source in another editor; this site has no resize control.
- A website rejects the result: check its accepted extensions, dimensions, and size limit. For JPG, disable Preserve original data if the preserved copy is rejected, then inspect the fresh encoding.
- A download does not appear: open your browser’s Downloads list and check for a blocked or unfinished download. On a phone, look in Files as well as the photo gallery.
- The PDF has the old page order: create it again after changing the list or settings. Each selected image becomes one page. Remove failed images, add any valid replacements, and check the order before creating the PDF again.
- WebP conversion is unavailable: try an updated browser, or choose PNG or JPG if your destination accepts it.
